Arrange Your Private Transfer
For a truly hassle-free experience, let our team pick you up and drive you directly to the resort. Our private transfers are comfortable, safe, and include complimentary water and snacks. We can also provide baby car seats for children up to 5 years old.

Renting a Vehicle & Driving Directions
If you prefer the freedom to explore at your own pace, renting a car is a great option. In Belize, we drive on the right side of the road. Your international or U.S. driver’s license is valid here, but you will be required to leave a deposit and purchase insurance from the rental agency. We highly recommend Crystal Auto Rentals for their excellent on-road and off-road support and high-quality vehicles.
Driving Directions from Phillip Goldson International Airport:
- Follow the airport road signs to the Northern Highway.
- Turn left onto the Northern Highway.
- After a few miles, turn left onto Burrell Boom Road (this is a crucial turn to avoid heading toward Mexico!).
- Follow this road until you reach a roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto Western Highway.
- At the major roundabout in Belmopan, take the 1st exit again to stay on the Western Highway.
- Continue straight until you reach Mile 64 in Santa Elena.
- Watch for the “CP Gas” sign on your right, then take the first left after the gas station.
- Follow this paved road for 6 miles, and you will see our sign on the right. The resort entrance is another ¾ mile.
- Follow the signs and enjoy your arrival!
Driving Directions from Guatemala / Western Border:
- Follow the Western Highway for approximately ¾ of a mile.
- At the end of the road, turn right at the river and continue on the Western Highway.
- After about 7.25 miles, you will arrive at the resort on your right-hand side.

Belize is well-connected with daily flights from several major international airlines. We are also agents of Tropic Air, which offers direct flights into San Ignacio from the Belize International Airport, Caye Caulker, and San Pedro on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Entry & Departure Information
Entry Requirements: Visitors must have a valid passport and a return or onward ticket. Visas are not required for citizens of the US, European Union, Commonwealth nations, Caricom nations, Mexico, and Costa Rica. If you are traveling with an infant, you must provide a valid passport for the child and a letter of consent from the other parent if you are traveling alone.
Airport Departure Tax: Currently, there is an airport departure tax of $39 USD, which includes a security tax and a PACT fee that is used to conserve Belize’s protected areas.
