At Mystic River Resort, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, comfort, and mutual understanding during your stay.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% is  required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. 

• 60 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee.
• 59–45 days before arrival: Refund of total payment minus one-night deposit.
• 44 days or less before arrival: No refund will be issued.
• No refunds apply for unused hotel nights, meals, tours, transfers, or any pre-booked services.
• Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to your travel plans.

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We are pleased to assist with arranging airport transfers and transportation throughout Belize. Advance notice is recommended to ensure availability and a smooth travel experience.

Mystic River Resort welcomes families. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around pools, river areas, and jungle trails.

Guest safety is a top priority. As a remote jungle property:

• Certain areas may have uneven terrain or natural hazards.
• Wildlife is part of the environment and should be observed respectfully from a distance.
• Guests participate in activities at their own discretion.

Our team is available at all times to assist in case of emergency.

As an eco-luxury, off-grid resort, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy and water usage. Simple actions such as turning off lights and conserving water help us preserve the natural environment we all enjoy.

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere:

• Quiet hours are observed in the evenings.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guest conduct negatively impacts others or the property.

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms. Designated outdoor areas may be available. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Pets are not permitted at the resort to protect the surrounding wildlife and ensure guest comfort.

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay. Mystic River Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Mystic River Resort is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or travel interruptions.
